Consultation:

Initial meeting to discuss needs. 60 mins. $ 75. I can determine if you need updated lab tests and get those ordered.

Follow Up Appointment

Review medical tests, lab reports, explanations. Q & A 30 mins. $50.00

$20 extra research as needed.

Live sit in with Dr. appt.

Join and participate in medical appointment via phone, Skype, zoom, Adobe, Gotomeeting, Google. Listen, take notes, make a list of questions, follow up explanations and suggestions.

$60 first hour. $30 hr after.

Document preparation

Complete Disability, unemployment, FMLA, letters and appeals to insurance companies, letters to medical facilities, assistance with messaging to providers. This includes phone calls with medical providers as needed. $15 per form.

Emotional coaching

Talk therapy with varying techniques based on traditional and holistic methods for emotional or spiritual healing . 1 hr $60
